We all know women are being dismissed in the Dr.s office, simply prescribed antidepressants as a vail for real actual symptoms, with zero discussion on relevant solutions.
With a blend of medical expertise and holistic coaching, Pulse Point Coaching is uniquely equipped to help women navigate the perimenopausal transition with confidence. Our coaching framework integrates stress management, nutrition, fitness, and emotional wellness to ensure comprehensive care.

Jen Mount, RN, BSN, HNB-BC, is a dedicated Perimenopause Health Coach, Board Certified Holistic Nurse, and seasoned Cardiac Nurse with over 12 years of experience. She recently launched her private practice, Pulse Point Coaching. Jen also has a 20+ year background in fitness instruction and actively enjoys weight lifting, yoga, Pilates, hiking, snowboarding, and surfing whenever she gets the chance. With her strong and well-rounded foundation, Jen is passionate about helping women with weight loss, reducing brain fog, recovering from stress, increasing energy, and much more.
Jen takes a holistic approach to coaching, addressing not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Through personalized coaching sessions, she guides her clients in creating sustainable habits and implementing science-based strategies that support whole-body health.
